Now this one I am checking out, or rather getting my dad to do it for me (tip there - use friends and family to help you succeed!)

As I’m at my limit with my own stock product I can expand by either:

Employing people - Expensive - VERY + legal admin, holidays, illness and just problems with people who aren’t friends and family and do NOT have your interests at heart.

Use a mailing warehouse - Expensive and error prone. I used one for  year, they lost lots of product, lots arrived damaged, charged me lots of money and generally messed me up. And that’s from a company with a good reputation! Only the fact that I’m very good at service and fire fighting stopped me getting many negatives.

Or use dropshippers - companies who hold product for you and send it direct to your customers for you. You sell it - take money - Tell them where to send it. Easy in theory yes? Yes it is but of course there are problems as otherwise everyone would do it!

Dropship problems include -

• Not real wholesalers - product too pricey, you can’t make a profit or compete against sellers with their own stock.
• Bad stock levels/out of stock - You sell it and then they can’t deliver. You have to refund and run the risk of negative feedback.
• Slow and/or bad service - Some take ages to ship and/or pack badly so things arrive late or damaged.
• etc!
